The hotel's location on the historic lake of Taungoo provides great views and a peaceful atmosphere. The grounds are well-maintained and clean, with a lovely pool and spa. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at a hotel in a peaceful area surrounded by a beautiful park and located on the banks of a historic lake. the rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds and the service was friendly. the breakfast had a good variety of fruits. the spa treatments were superb and the hotel restaurant had an extensive menu with reasonable prices.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak and only available in some areas of the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location and atmosphere were fantastic, with a spacious park and beautiful lake views. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure every detail was taken care of efficiently and smoothly. The room was one of the most comfortable we had on our journey, with luxurious amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a terrace. The hotel also offered a variety of services and facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and a spa. The dining room served excellent food, and we particularly enjoyed the welcome drink.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the lake. the bathroom was also spacious and clean. the hotel is located in a prime spot, perfect for enjoying the romantic views. We also enjoyed the free breakfast that had a variety of options.

The service was very disappointing. the staff did not speak English well, which made communication difficult.

Great Room Size and Good Location

Poor Communication and Dirty Rooms Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to my expectations. I was not impressed by the old and smelly towels and pillows in my room. Moreover, the lack of communication from the staff was disappointing. They could not understand my requests and did not offer a solution to my issues. the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it to other business travelers looking for a comfortable and clean stay.
